  • Additional Pre-ID and Order Windows is Open

The Additional Pre-ID Window is open. Building Coordinators can add, edit or delete student records in TIDE through March 24. For example, BCs can add students into TIDE that may have been added to their school in between the close of the Initial Pre-ID Window and now.

The Additional Order Window is also open through March 20. Please note: TA Kits are intended for use with multiple students. A kit received in the initial shipment of materials can be reused with other students in the same grade band. Building Coordinators can order additional TA Kits through TIDE if there is a new student in a grade band for which the school did not receive a TA Kit. All additional order requests are subject to approval. If you have any questions, please see the Building Coordinator’s Manual for more information or contact the Wy-ALT Help Desk at 1-888-897-8024 or wyalthelpdesk@air.org .

  • Pending Close of In-Person Training Registration

The Spring 2017 Wy-ALT training registration page is open and will remain open until Thursday, January 5, 2017. No additional requests for registration will be taken after registration closes.

This year, all Spring 2017 Test Administrators (TAs) and Second Scorers (SSs) must attend one of the Wy-ALT trainings, even if they administered the test in the past. If you administered the test last year and feel comfortable doing so in 2017, you can attend one of three in-person half-day refresher trainings rather than the full day training for new TAs and SSs. If you have a conflict and cannot attend any of the in-person trainings, there is also the opportunity to attend a Refresher Training Webinar. You must attend training to administer the test.
